Returns are arranged on WhatsApp or by email. This site does not process refunds online.

Message us on WhatsApp if you need a different item. We’ll tell you what is in stock.

Ask on WhatsApp whether we can ship to your country before you order.

If something arrives damaged or incomplete, message us on WhatsApp with photos of the item.
